It is important to get the eggs down to room temperature prior to cooking. Let them sit out at least 30 minutes.
Crack your eggs and put them in a bowl, add your salt and pepper.
Whisk the eggs until they are one uniform color. Let them sit for 10 minutes.
Put a skillet over medium heat.
Add the CannaKit Infused Butter to your skillet and stir it around until it is no longer bubbling.
Whisk the eggs one more time and continue whisking as you pour them into the skillet.
As you see the eggs begin to form curds, keep stirring with a spatula then let them set.
Make sure the omelette is not sticking to your pan and you can fold it in half.
Continue to flip back and forth until it is golden brown.
You are now ready to plate and serve!
