Herbal Infused Biscuits from Scratch

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 tablespoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 stick of CannaKit Infused Butter (cubed and cold)

⅓ cup milk (more or less if needed)

1 tablespoon of olive oil


Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt and whisk together.

The CannaKit Infused Butter should be cold and cut into tablespoon sized cubes.

With your hands, slowly mix in the CannaKit Infused Butter until the batter begins to look like cornmeal.

Make a well with the flour mixture, add one egg and slowly add milk into the middle.

Knead dough with your fingers and add milk as needed.

Roll out dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead the dough to about ½ inch thickness.

Cut with small biscuit cutter or a glass to desired shape.

Grease decarb box with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Place biscuits inside decarb box.

Whisk the 2nd egg and baste the top of your biscuits.

Bake for approx 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool 1 minute before removing from decarb box & enjoy!
