Herbal Infused Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

7 slices day-old bread

4 tablespoons of Herbal Infused Butter

4 eggs

2 cups milk

3/4 cup of sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut bread into small pieces and place it your decarb tray.

Put a small pot over medium-low heat and melt the butter.  Once it is melted drizzle it over the bread.

In a mixing bowl, put all the rest of the ingredients in the bowl. Mix them until they are a uniform color.

Pour over bread and pat it down until mixture is absorbed by the bread.

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until it is done.
