1 small container of whole milk ricotta
1 small container of fresh whole milk mozzarella
1 loaf of ciabatta bread
1 container of grape tomatoes
1 bundle of rosemary
1 bundle of basil
CannaKit Infused Butter
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Cut the grape tomatoes in half and place them on a baking tray. Add salt and pepper liberally. Place the sheet of tomatoes in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until they are tender. Once done, take them out and set them aside.
Cut the ciabatta bread into slices and spread CannaKit Infused Butter on the bread. Add as much of the CannaKit Infused Butter as you see fit. Place in the already heated oven and bake until golden brown.
In a medium sized bowl, add the ricotta and mozzarella (cut mozzarella into manageable pieces). Take the rosemary off the stems, dice very finely, and add to the bowl. Mix in olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir the whole mixture adding additional olive oil, salt, and pepper at the end.
Take your CannaKit Infused Butter bread slices and add the cheese spread on top. Add 1 basil leaf and a place a one grape tomato on top as garnish. Repeat the process until you have used all of your ingredients. Lastly, place bread and cheese slices in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes and it is ready to be served. Enjoy!
