Herbal Infused Chocolate Chip Cookies from Scratch

Ingredients:

1 stick of CannaKit Infused Butter

1 cup of white sugar

1 cup of brown sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

1 teaspoon of baking soda

2 teaspoons of hot water

½ teaspoon salt

3 cups of all-purpose flour

2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips

2 teaspoons of hot water

1 tablespoon of olive oil


Directions:

Start the oven and preheat to 350°F.

Stir in CannaKit Infused Butter, white sugar, and brown sugar into a mixing bowl and mix until you have a smooth consistency.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Dissolve the baking soda into the 2 tablespoons of hot water, then add to batter along with salt. Mix in the flour and chocolate chips and beat until a doughy consistency is achieved.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls and place them on decarb box.

Bake for approx 15 minutes in the oven or until edges are light golden brown.

Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet & enjoy!
