1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of CannaKit infused butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil per crepe
In a mixing bowl add the flour and eggs and whisk them together.
Slowly add the milk and water and continue to whisk.
Add the CannaKit infused butter and salt and whisk until smooth.
Put a skillet on medium heat. Once warm add a tablespoon of olive oil per crepe. With a ladle pour a scoop of batter into your skillet. Stir the skillet and stir so it coats the whole surface area.
Cook until one side is golden brown, then flip and brown the other side.
