Herbal Infused Cupcakes

Ingredients:
• 1⅓ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup CannaKit Infused Butter
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup of whole milk

Directions:
Start by preheating your oven to 350 F.
In a mixing bowl add the flour, baking powder, salt and stir together
In a separate mixing bowl add the butter and sugar and mix it together until it is light and fluffy.  Then beat in the eggs one at a time, also add the vanilla extract.
Use half of the dry ingredients and start to mix them until they are one uniform color.
Add you milk and add the other half of your dry ingredients, and once gain mix until everything is uniform. *At this point make sure not to over mix your ingredients.  The lighter you keep the batter the fluffier it will come out.
Put the batter into your cups for baking, be sure to only fill the cup ¾ of the way.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.  Allow cupcakes to sit out for at least 10 minutes.
*Mixing with an electric mixer will give you the best results.
