1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of sugar
¼ teaspoon of salt
¾ cup whole milk (can also be non-dairy milk)
3 tablespoons CannaKit Infused Butter
In a mixing bowl, add the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Whisk everything until it is thoroughly mixed.
Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients then add the egg, milk, and CannaKit Infused Butter.
Mix everything thoroughly until it is smooth.
Place in the fridge for 10 minutes, so the batter thickens up.
Heat up a skillet at medium/low heat. Add a non-stick cooking spray.
With a ladle, place enough batter on the skillet for a pancake.
Once the batter starts to bubble and it is light brown, flip the pancake.
Once both sides are light brown, the pancakes are ready to be served.
Serve with your favorite maple syrup and a glass of milk.
*You can add any of your favorite ingredients such as bananas, blueberries, or chocolate chips.
