2 Guajillo peppers
4-7 Chile de Arbol (depending on spiciness)
2 cloves of garlic
1 can tomato sauce (8 Oz)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Bring a skillet to medium heat.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil.
Add Guajillo peppers, an let them black a little but do not let them burn, then put them into the blender.
Add the Chile de Arbol and let them black a little but do not let them burn, then add them to the blender.
*Be careful because these peppers are hot, and the smoke can make it hard to breathe.
Lastly, let your garlic brown a little and add to your blender.
Add the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper to the blender.
Get it to your desired its consistency. If you want it thicker than leave it as is, if you want it runnier than add water.
Blend the whole mixture and add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and Enjoy!
